Jatinder is Chief Executive Officer of Digital Lenders Association of India (DLAI) – A national level premier industry association of FinTech and Digital Lending Firms in India with an AUM of its member institutions approx. INR 70,000 Crore.

He has over two decades of professional work experiences in banking, fintech and public policy arena. Jatinder has worked at premier banking and finance institutions like State Bank of India, HDFC Bank Ltd, FINO Payments Bank , RBI recognised SRO - MFIN India and Microfinance information Exchange, USA. Jatinder has c0-authored a fast-selling book titled as “Financial Inclusion in Circular Economy – A Bumpy Road Towards Sustainable Development”(2022) which is available on amazon.com . He speaks and writes regularly about topics related to financial inclusion, MSME finance and fintech adoption at various conferences, business newspapers and other platforms. Jatinder is a Ph.D scholar in Economics and Public Policy at the Indian Institute of Management (IIM), Shillong, India . He has studied nuances of FinTech & Regulation at the Judge Business School , Cambridge, U.K (CFTRI Prog.) and at the University of Luxembourg. Jatinder is alumnus of prestigious COADY International Institute, St.FX University, Canada and has earned a graduate degree in Public Policy from India.
